Text/subtitle plugin assumes static font size

Reported by Sander | October 30th, 2012 @ 04:59 AM | in 1.4

The text and subtitle plugin assume a static font size of 18px. If the library is used on platforms with varying screen resolutions, this could lead to subtitles that are either very small or very large and thus to readability issues.
Recommend to allow a dynamic font size as configurable option.
(Applies to: Text Popcorn plug-in -> createSubtitleContainer () -> style.fontSize = "18px", and Subtitle plug-in -> createDefaultContainer () -> style.fontSize = "18px")
