subtitles positioned over video
We don't do this properly, we need the video positioned inside a div that is the same size as the video, and the subtitles get centered in that. This is hard for someone to use and figure out, so the subtitles should calculate the video's position, and display themselves based on that position.

The offsetLeft and top functions were not getting the right values while inside a table. You need to make sure you are getting the value based on a null parent. This would of broke in anything like this, not just tables. Lists, for example. This fix will fix it across the board.
I will apply the fix to lowerthird when I get a chance.
