Support binding to custom events in plugins

Reported by boaz (at bocoup) | December 5th, 2010 @ 01:26 PM | in 0.2 release

Support binding to custom events in the managed events signature of the plugin factory.

Support this sytax:

(function (Popcorn) {
  Popcorn.plugin( "wikipedia" , {
    customevent: function( event, options ){
      console.log('customevt fired')
    }
  }
})(Popcorn);

// Then later

Popcorn('#video').trigger('customevent')
