Standardize player tests

Reported by Steven W | April 13th, 2011 @ 11:29 AM | in 0.9 (closed)

Right now, each player defines it's own tests to test the same functionality (play, pause, etc). Vimeo, Youtube and Soundcloud each define their own way of testing this, and it's becoming fragmented and inconsistent. I think we should create a base "Player" test suite, which would serve as a basis for tests for each player. Each player could then define additional tests for player-specific functionality (like Soundcloud comments). It would also help ensure consistent behaviour across all players.

The Soundcloud unit tests may serve as a good starting point for this.
