Bug in start/end when plug-ins overlap

Reported by cadecairos | June 13th, 2011 @ 05:05 PM | in 0.7

When a plug-in's visible time-range is contained within a larger time-range the out's of each plug-in do not work as expected.

For example:

 Popcorn('#video')
      .volume( 0 )
      .play()
      .footnote({
        start: 5, // seconds
        end: 17, // seconds
        text: 'This footnote should be visible from 0:05 to 0:17',
        target: 'div1'
      })
      .footnote({
        start: 0, // seconds
        end: 30, // seconds
        text: 'This footnote should be visible from 0:00 to 0:30',
        target: 'div2'
      });

The first footnote (out at 0:17), will not disappear until 0:30, and the second footnote (out at 0:30) will not reappear when seeking backwards until 0:17.

Here is a reduced test case
