Youtube player needs an extra kick when currentTime is set

This is copy/pasted from a response I wrote on the WMM mailing list:

Looks like youtube videos need an extra push, with an initial play() method and then recalling the play() method after currentTime() has been set.

I think we can [redacted] make that extra push happen internally, basically saying that anytime currentTime is set, if the video wasn't previously paused, then keep it playing.
