Plug-in Factory tests failing in chrome due to currentTime failing to set

Reported by cadecairos | September 26th, 2011 @ 10:50 AM | in 0.9 (closed)

When running the core unit tests on the latest develop branch, I noticed that the plug-in factory tests fail. I traced it down to this line:

popped.currentTime(0).play();

which is perfectly normal to do. For some reason in Chrome, the currentTime is not set right. I can log the current Time of the media after that call and it returns 0, but the video is playing from its previous position: ~40 seconds.
