Youtube could benefit from a related videos option

Reported by David Seifried | October 5th, 2011 @ 04:44 PM | in 1.0 Release (closed)

This happened this morning in channel where a user wanted to be able to hide the related videos at the end of a youtube video. This is done by setting &rel=0 at the end of the youtube url. THe problem is if the user passes this in with there url, we get rid of it. If we are getting rid of it, we should provide the user an option to turn this on and off if they so want.

Small fix so im going to throw this in the starters pile for the time being.
