Lighthouse: Newly created ticket milestone

I found an option in lighthouse that allows us to set a default milestone for newly created tickets. This would benefit as when tickets are filed by people using popcorn who have found a bug, they tend to not set the milestone and I've seen tickets go for months before being found ( thats my experience at least ). It seems none of us get to it until we find it digging through tickets and we potentially lose a user of Popcorn because we didnt address there issue.

It would default to the current release.
