Popcorn.js no longer needs to poll readystate

Just doing some housecleaning in the code, and it hit me we don't need to poll ready state.

Instead, let's use a combination of readyState and events.

If ready state is >= 2, we're ready and run the function, else, setup an event for "loadeddata", which is equal to 2.
