Chrome can run exec() twice at start of video

Reported by Jon Buckley | March 8th, 2012 @ 01:31 AM | in 1.3 (closed)

An example is the attribution plugin unit tests. If you set an exec() at 0, it will fire when the video loads, and again when you hit the play button. It will not fire twice if you seek back to 0, and hit play.
